Members who choose to have monthly electric bills drafted from their checking accounts must provide EnergyUnited with a voided check bearing their account number and banking transit number. You will find a sign up form on the back of your payment stub. Checking accounts will be drafted approximately 10 days after the billing date shown on the statement. Members will continue to receive electric bills each month reflecting the amount that will be drafted from their accounts. |

Under this payment plan, members who have maintained a good payment history can make monthly equalized payments that are computed from the average of the last 12 months' usage. Equalized payments are recalculated every 12 months. Any credit or debit balances at the time of the annual update will be included in the recalculation of the monthly payment. Failure to pay the equalized payment when due will automatically remove your account from this plan. If you wish to sign up for the Equalized Payment Plan, please contact Customer Care at 800-522-3793. |

Members may pay their monthly electric bills through their personal online banking service. Members who use their online banking service should allow enough time for the payment to reach EnergyUnited in order to prevent penalty fees and/or disconnection of service. Payments made by one's personal online banking service may not reach EnergyUnited for 7-10 business days. If a member's electric service is scheduled to be disconnected for non-payment, the online bank payment may not reach EnergyUnited in time to |
prevent interruption of electric service. We suggest you check with your bank to determine the length of time it will take for EnergyUnited to receive your payment.
